What you get from Google Business Profile and reviews

  • You won’t have to deal with Google’s settings. That’s our job now.
  • Anyone who searches for you sees the right picture. Opening hours, services and photos, set up for you.
  • Your new reviews get suggested replies. You just say yes.

How it works and what’s not included

How it works

We set up your line of business, services, opening hours and photos, and link to your website. The goal is for the profile to be finished within ten working days of your invitation. Then we go through it every month, and the report has the numbers from the profile. When new reviews come in, you get suggested replies. Your website stays as it is. If you leave, we remove our access, and the profile is yours as before.

You do three things. We take care of the Google Business Profile.

  • You invite us as a Manager, a role in Google. No passwords.
  • You send real photos.
  • You say yes to the replies.

You get a simple way to ask for reviews. If you want more, you ask your customers yourself, all in the same way.

  • A website, the technology behind it and a contact form
  • Older reviews, and more than five new ones a month
  • A meeting every quarter and the support hour
  • Marketing. It’s under Other services.

What you get from the Core Package

  • Website, Google and tech are our job now.
  • Your website works while you sleep. It takes enquiries round the clock.
  • You see how many enquiries come in. Every month you get the numbers.

What’s included

  • A website of your own. Up to six pages, and it works on a phone.
  • We write the text.
  • You’re easy to reach. A contact form that’s visible straight away on a phone.
  • Your box on Google and in Maps.
  • Help with reviews. Suggested replies for you to approve.
  • We take care of the tech.
  • You know what’s going on. A monthly report and a meeting every quarter.
  • Someone to ask. About one hour of support a month and replies within one working day.
  • Changes until the website is live.
How it works and what’s not included

Like servicing a car

We build the website once. Then we take care of it every month and send a report. If you want to change something, you email us. The setup fee pays for the build, so the website becomes yours and you’re not renting it.

We go through the Google Business Profile every month, and you approve our suggested replies to reviews. The tech means the place online where your website lives, plus updates, security, backups and monitoring. We test the contact form every month.

Changes until the website is live: what fits within the package is included. Later changes are made as part of the support or, after your written approval, at 650 SEK an hour, excluding VAT.

You do three things. We take care of the website, the Google Business Profile and the tech.

  • You answer our questions and send real photos. Rough notes are enough.
  • You invite us. No passwords.
  • You say yes before anything is published.

You get a simple way to ask for reviews. If you want more, you ask your customers yourself, all in the same way.

What you get from more help

  • You hand over almost everything. Send a photo and a few words, and we do the rest.
  • Your Google Business Profile looks alive. New things you do show up there, every month you send something.
  • New reviews don’t sit waiting. We look every week and write suggested replies.

  • Twice as much support. About two hours a month instead of one.
  • Up to two updates on Google every month.
  • Reviews checked every week.
How it works and what’s not included

What you get for 1 500 SEK more a month

One more hour with us, reviews checked every week instead of every month and up to two updates on Google. You send a photo and a few words about something you’ve done, and we do the rest. If you send nothing, there’s no update that month. If you only need an extra hour now and then, the Core Package plus the hourly rate is cheaper.

What you do

The same three things as in the Core Package. You also send anything new you want to show.

Not included

  • More pages than in the Core Package
  • Faster replies. The reply time is one working day in all options.
  • Marketing. It’s under Other services. The updates are only made in your Google Business Profile.
  • Support beyond about two hours a month. Time you don’t use doesn’t carry over.

The hours are our estimate.

All prices exclude VAT. First year is the setup fee and twelve monthly fees. In the options with a website, you pay for the domain yourself, meaning your address online: about 200 to 300 SEK a year. You pay the setup fee when we start. The monthly fee is paid for the first time one month after the agreement starts.

How many new jobs will pay for it?

Example: if you make 5 000 SEK on a typical job after materials, 6 new jobs in one full year is enough to cover the cost of the Core Package. Just a calculation, not a promise.

Other services

  • Marketing. Ads, posts and campaigns. One channel, for example Google ads, costs a 4 900 SEK setup fee and 3 900 SEK a month, excluding VAT. You pay Google or Facebook directly for the ads themselves.

  • Design refresh. A new design for the website you already have, with your own content, and it works on a phone. 6 900 SEK, paid once, excluding VAT. Especially suited to you if you choose My website is fine. In the free check-up we tell you whether your website can be refreshed or needs to be rebuilt.

  • QR code menus. For cafés, restaurants and others that have a menu. A QR code on every table and the menu in Swedish, English and Arabic. Send a photo of a dish, and we’ll make it look tempting. A 3 900 SEK setup fee and 390 SEK a month, excluding VAT. No limit on the number of dishes and products, and changes are included. Can be bought on their own or added to an option.

  • Extra page. 1 290 SEK per page, paid once, excluding VAT. For example about a service, common questions or a town, with its own content.

    Chatbot. An AI that’s meant to answer questions on your website, in the evening too. Provisional price: 4 900 SEK setup fee and 790 SEK a month, excluding VAT.

  • Can’t be ordered today

    AI receptionist. An AI that’s meant to take the calls you don’t have time for and send the enquiry to you. Provisional price: 6 900 SEK setup fee and 1 990 SEK a month, excluding VAT.

Provisional prices may change. For the chatbot and AI receptionist, use beyond what’s included is meant to cost extra. Marketing, QR code menus, the design refresh, the chatbot and the AI receptionist are not included in the packages and are not counted in First year or in the calculator.

What’s not included
  • The domain, meaning your address online. You own it and pay for it yourself.
  • The ads themselves. You pay that money directly to Google or Facebook.
  • E-commerce.
  • Asking your customers for reviews on your behalf. You do that yourself, and then you ask everyone in the same way. We don’t send any text messages or emails to your customers.
  • Marketing messages by text or email. We don’t send any marketing messages for you.
  • Taking care of your email.
  • Guarantees about position on Google, number of calls, number of customers, reviews or sales.

What we need from you
  • All the content for your website. You answer our questions, and rough notes are enough.
  • Invitations to your domain, Google Business Profile and accounts. We tell you how, step by step.
  • Your approval before anything is published.
  • Photos from real jobs, and your logo if you have one.

The terms in detail: cancellation, ownership, payment and price changes

No minimum term and one calendar month’s notice

The agreement runs until further notice. The notice period is one calendar month, counted to the end of the month after you cancel. If you cancel the agreement on 10 March, the last day is 30 April. Cancellation must be in writing, and an email is enough. An add-on can be cancelled separately, with the same notice period.

If you leave, you take the website, the domain and your accounts with you

You own the domain, the Google Business Profile and your accounts. The website becomes yours once you have paid the invoices that are due. We hand over the website no later than the last day. Our own templates and ways of working do not come with it, but you may keep using what is part of your website. After the last day, you are responsible yourself for the place online where your website lives, for updates and for security.

Payment by invoice

You pay by invoice. You pay the setup fee when we start. The monthly fee is paid for the first time one month after the agreement starts, and then every month. This applies to all options, including Google Business Profile and reviews, and the menu.

If the price changes

If we want to change the price, we will tell you in writing in advance. You can then cancel the agreement before the new price takes effect.

If you want to change options

You can change options, and a change never creates a minimum term. A change to a larger option applies from the next month. If you move from Google Business Profile and reviews to an option with a website, you pay the difference in setup fee, 5 000 SEK, excluding VAT. A change to a smaller option takes effect after the same notice period as a cancellation, that is, when the month after you tell us has ended. If we have built your website, you can also move down to maintenance only for 990 SEK a month, excluding VAT. We then take care of the tech: the place online where your website lives, updates, security, backups and monitoring, but not your Google Business Profile, reviews, report, meeting or support.

What you get to see

  • Website: the first screen, with your name and your line of business.
  • QR code menu: three products, based on your own photos.
  • You get to see the sample within three working days. For a menu, the time counts from when we’ve received the photos.
  • One sample per business, and it costs nothing.

Then you decide

If you want to go ahead, we sign an agreement. You pay the setup fee when we start, and the monthly fee is paid for the first time one month after the agreement starts. If you don’t want to go ahead, we won’t get in touch again.

What you get in the check-up

You find out what’s holding your business back online, what matters most to do first and what it costs if you want help. You get one page of text and a video of two minutes at most, and you get to see a sample of your website or menu, within three working days. For a menu, the time counts from when we’ve received the photos. We go through what’s visible from the outside and don’t need any passwords. If we can’t help you, we’ll say so.
