Free, with no obligation to buy, and you have the answer within three working days. For a menu, the time counts from when we’ve received the photos. If you say no thanks, we won’t get in touch again.

That’s what Google says. Ranking means how high you appear in the local results. Google promises nothing, and neither do we.
How reviews work
- Reviews appear in your box on Google, where anyone who searches for your name can read them.
- If you ask for reviews, you ask all your customers in the same way, not just the happy ones.
- No money, no discounts and no gifts for reviews. Google forbids asking only the happy ones, and fake reviews are banned in Sweden.
- Google says only reviews that break the rules can be removed. Not liking a review isn’t enough.
- If a business cheats, Google can block new reviews and hide old ones.

What’s not included
Asking your customers for reviews on your behalf. You do that yourself, and then you ask everyone in the same way. We don’t send any text messages or emails to your customers.
The Google Business Profile and reviews option doesn’t include older reviews, or more than five new ones a month.

You get one page of text and a video of two minutes at most, and you get to see a sample of your website or menu, within three working days. For a menu, the time counts from when we’ve received the photos. We go through what’s visible from the outside and don’t need any passwords. If we can’t help you, we’ll say so.
