You shouldn’t have to learn websites and Google. You need someone who takes care of it and tells it like it is.

You know how it feels

Your website is old or doesn’t exist. Something on Google isn’t right. Somewhere there’s a password nobody remembers.

So one evening after work you sit down, read for a while and understand half of it. Then you shut the computer.

That says nothing about how good you are at your job. You just have a different job.

If nobody deals with it

Your website doesn’t get any newer. What’s wrong on Google doesn’t fix itself. For people who are looking, it may be the only thing they know about you.

Why us in particular

We write things you can check: price, cancellation, ownership and deadlines.

• You see what we can do before you pay. A free check-up of your own website and Google Business Profile: one page of text and a video of two minutes at most. You also get to see a sample of your website or menu.
• You know the price before we start. The packages have a fixed price. We only do work outside the package after your written approval.
• No minimum term. If you cancel the agreement in March, the last day is 30 April, and an email is enough.
• What’s yours is yours. You own the domain, the Google Business Profile and your accounts. The website becomes yours once the invoices are paid. You never hand over a password.

We only promise what we control. We can’t decide where you end up on Google or how many people get in touch, so we don’t promise that. The deadlines we promise are under What we promise.

How we work with you

• We start with your business. At the setup meeting we listen to how your business works and ask which jobs you want more of, which you want fewer of and who your best customers are.
• We keep in touch. During the setup period you get an update every week, even when nothing big has happened, and after 30 days we go through everything that has been done.
• We don’t sell any AI we haven’t tested. The chatbot and AI receptionist can’t be ordered until they’ve passed our tests.
• We’re still here when the website is finished. Every month, we take care of the website, go through the Google Business Profile, test the contact form and send a monthly report.

How it works

We promise the deadlines in bold.

1. You email us

   Tell us what you’d like help with. Within three working days, you get a free check-up of what’s visible from the outside and get to see a sample of your website or menu. For a menu, the time counts from when we’ve received the photos.

2. You decide

   If you want to go ahead, we sign an agreement. Within 24 hours of signing, you get a welcome email with what we need from you.

3. You answer, we write

   You answer our questions, and rough notes are enough. You invite us to your domain, Google Business Profile and accounts, with no passwords.

4. Setup meeting

   The meeting is held no later than two working days after the setup fee has been paid. Within five working days of payment, the work is under way.

5. Draft

   Within ten working days after all the content has come in, you get the draft of your website.

   The goal is for you to see something finished within 14 days of the start, for example an updated Google Business Profile.

6. You approve

   Nothing is published without your approval, and an email is enough. Then we publish the website and take care of it every month.

A working day means Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. If your content, invitations or approvals are delayed, our deadlines move by the same amount.

Report and support

You get a report every month and someone to ask.

In plain language: what we’ve done, the numbers and the next step. If a number is missing, the report says so. In the Core Package, we take care of the tech and reply within one working day. It also includes about one hour of support a month and a meeting every quarter. What’s included in the other options is on the Prices page.
